IHA Parents’ Club
One of the beliefs of Immaculate Heart Academy is “…that a school can be effective only with the support of parents, the primary educators of their children. Likewise, we believe that the school can and should assist parents in the education of their daughters.”
The IHA Parents’ Club is an organization whose objective is to assist this mission of the school by supporting the educational, social, spiritual, athletic, and creative interests of the student and her family. Every parent and guardian of an IHA student is a member of the IHA Parents’ Club. Whether you are a new parent of an incoming freshman or a parent of a graduation-bound senior, the Parents’ Club seeks participation and volunteerism of our families to provide support to school-sponsored events and to fundraising activities. Another role of the Parents’ Club is to provide a setting where families can share ideas and ask questions about the high school experience from a parent’s perspective. Finally, the Parents’ Club has undertaken a new initiative to provide more educational and social programs to the school community throughout the year; more information about these programs will be forthcoming. To inquire about opportunities at IHA, please contact Sarah Frasure ’07, IHA Parents’ Club moderator. Please note: All volunteers must meet IHA’s volunteer requirements before volunteering their time at IHA.

IHA Parents’ Club Executive Board
The Parents’ Club Executive Board is made up of parents of current students and is committed to: keeping you informed, meeting your needs as concerned high school parents, meeting the needs of the school in their fundraising efforts, and planning and providing parent and parent-daughter events that promote closer relationships within your own family and within the IHA family. We are always looking for parents who would like to volunteer their time and ideas to our various planning committees such as the Beefsteak Dinner, the Father-Daughter Dance, and more. We ask that you sign up for the activities and events with which you would like to assist us or that you would like to attend.
